Khanza Cafe, Andalas University displays a new menu. Fruit juice is of course healthy for consumption, especially eating vegetables by making a glass of juice. Now Khanza Cafe adds a new menu of hydroponic vegetable juices which is certainly very healthy and refreshing. This is obviously a new juice drink sold at the Business Center.







Hydroponic vegetables are vegetables that grow with the help of liquids containing minerals needed by vegetable plants. Different from other vegetables that need soil to grow, hydroponic plants only need mineral water to grow.









"The initial idea to open a new menu of hydroponic vegetable juice originally came from the owner of the Khanza cafe,” Irfan said, as one of the juice servants, Business center Unand, Tuesday (23/10/2018).










Khanza cafe sells two types of hydroponic vegetable juices, Pakcoy and Kale. In addition, there are many benefits of hydroponic vegetables that add protein, prevent cancer, improve digestion and many vitamins and other benefits, with the presence of hydroponic vegetable juices at the Business Center can add a new mainstay menu for students and all residents in Andalas University.
